Our rates are valid from January 1st<\/sup> and are subject to change without notice. Our prices include:<\/p>\n\n Ticket can be booked \nby email, phone call, mail or fax. The \ntickets will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment. \nIn accordance with the regulations and practices of distance selling, \nyou have 10 days from sending the tickets \nto cancel your order. After this time, no cancellation will be \npossible. Any cancellation request and refund will have to \nto be sent by registered mail accompanied by tickets and a Statement \nof Banking Identity.<\/p>\n\n Reservations will have to be \nconfirmed by email, fax or mail. The final number\n of participants accompanied by the payment must be communicated to us at \nthe latest 15 days before the flight.<\/p>\n\n Unless otherwise stated, our tickets are\n valid for one year from the date of issue. During this \nperiod you must make your reservation by phone call from \nthe concerned departure base, contact is mentioned on \nthe ticket.<\/p>\n\n You were informed of the weather \nrequirements to perform your flight (weak \nwind, no thunderstorm or pre-stormy conditions, no \nunfavorable clouds, compliance with the flight criteria of the \napplicable regulations) and accept the constraints. You must \ncontact the organization the day before for a weather confirmation. In case \nof cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you \nwill be asked to choose another date of flight according to the boarding \npossibilities. Validity period can be extended by one year \nwith an additional payment (please contact Alpine Airlines\n for details).<\/p>\n\n Alpine Airlines reserves the right \nto cancel a flight due to bad weather, or \nfor safety reasons. This cancellation may occur \njust before takeoff and in this case Alpine Airlines will not \nbe responsible for the expenses incurred by the passenger to \ngo to the meeting point or to the final destination \n(travel, accommodation, meals). In any case, the ticket \nremains valid until the end of its validity period and another date\n will be chosen with your agreement.<\/p>\n\n If you wish to postpone your date of travel, you are required to notify us at least 8 days in advance.<\/p>\n\n In case of a late postponement (less than 8\n days before your flight) or no show at the meeting point\n at the schedule time, your ticket will be considered as used.<\/p>\n\n You must be in possession of your \nticket to board our aircraft. Pilots are in command on the aircraft \n, and as such have authority over all persons \non board. They may at any time decide to disembark or refuse to board \nany person or load presenting a danger for the safe, secure or legal conduct of the flight \nin relation to the applicable regulations. They may terminate the flight at any time stop for \nsafety reasons or any other reasons they deem valid.<\/p>\n\n The sites and routes indicated in our \ndocuments and on our website are not contractual; those \nare indications for locating areas and roads in \nwhich flights can be performed. Given the random nature of\n weather conditions and in particular winds and \nclouds, we do not guarantee the journeys, the duration and the \nplaces overflown.<\/p>\n\n Alpine Airlines may without notice \nsubstitute other aircraft. We can modify the location and scheduled \nflights of the ticket if necessary.<\/p>\n\n The duration of flights indicated on our documents and websites are indicative and are not contractual.<\/p>\n\n Alpine Airlines is covered for \npassenger commercial flights by an insurance contract \nsubscribed with Aviabel.<\/p>\n\n Passengers boarding for a trip \nare advised that the provisions of the treaty known as \nWarsaw Convention may be applicable to all of their \ntrip.<\/p>\n\n NOTICE<\/em>: Ability to board \nour aircrafts without external help and no contraindications \nregarding altitude or immobility. Alpine Airlines will be in\n no case responsible for bodily injury during a flight and a \nnormal landing. The safety instructions must be respected.<\/p>\n\n NOTICE<\/em>: To passengers regarding\n limitation of liability. The carrier’s liability \ntowards passengers in the event of death or personal injury is \nlimited to a maximum amount per passenger (please contact Alpine \nAirlines for details). Additional protection \ncan be obtained by contracting extra insurance with an insurance \ncompany. For further information, please \ncontact your carrier or insurance company.<\/p>\n\n NOTICE<\/em>: Limitation of \nliability for luggage or personal belongings.
